Privacy Policy
Effective 18 September 2026
This policy explains what PhoneAgent collects, why it collects it, and where it is processed. It applies to the marketing site, the console and the lead-capture form.
1. What we collect
When you use the console we process the contacts, records, conversations and calendar data you add or import. When you submit the site's lead form we store your name, email, investor intent and message. When an AI agent takes a call we process that call's audio and transcript so the agent can respond.
2. How we use it
Solely to provide and improve the service: answer calls, run campaigns, book appointments, store your customers' records and write outcomes back to your connected tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, Twenty, Gmail, Sheets, Outlook).
3. Where it is processed
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Product data is held in a Postgres source of truth over Hyperdrive. Telephony and voice are handled by Twilio (calls and media) and xAI (realtime voice model). Stored data is served over TLS.
4. Third-party processors
We use Twilio for telephony and messaging, xAI for voice, Cloudflare for hosting and Postgres for storage. You can opt out of marketing contact at any time; quiet hours, DNC and consent are enforced in the runtime.
5. Lead form data
The site's contact form posts to our own origin and stores rows in the site's lead store. It is never forwarded to a third-party messaging tool automatically, and nothing on the site emails you without your action.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of the data we hold about you by opening an issue on the product repository or contacting the founder.
7. Cookies and storage
The site and console use minimal storage: a theme preference for dark/light mode and session state for the logged-in app. No third-party analytics trackers are loaded.
8. Contact
Questions about this policy should go to the founder via the product repository or the contact page.
