Real. Live calls are streamed through Twilio into an xAI realtime voice model with μ-law 8 kHz passthrough, a warm session pool, voicemail drop, call screening and live transfer. The latency-critical path keeps no database await inside the audio frame loop; lead context is an indexed point lookup before the stream starts.

In the runtime: per-day dial caps, TCPA quiet hours (08:00–21:00 local), DNC enforcement, AI disclosure and consent management, with auto-unenroll and unenrollment criteria set before a campaign goes live. SMS registration runs through a self-serve A2P 10DLC wizard.

It runs: the full console is deployed and soaked on staging, eight of nine console routes in the React port have reached parity with the live SPA, and the voice path has been hardened over 29 real agent-to-agent calls. Billing and A2P brand approval are the two open commercial gaps.

Cloudflare Workers and one Express container, a Postgres source of truth over Hyperdrive, Twilio for telephony and xAI for voice. A cost audit is open in the repo (14 evidence-cited findings) because the container currently runs always-on — that work is tracked, not hidden.
